First Baking Academy offers nine certifications based on the Korea Baking Association curriculum,
including macarons, tarts, cake design, baked goods, boulangerie, chocolates, and master levels.
Completing all nine modules under the credit system earns you a diploma.

This course teaches making shells with French, Italian, and Swiss meringues and designing macarons.

Dough of flour and butter is used.
Different methods create various tart designs. -
Cake Design
From baking sheets to icing, this course teaches how to design trendy, modern cakes.
